Do I have to be a veteran?
No. Any buyer can work with us. We specialize in helping
veterans and military families while also assisting other buyers.
How fast is pre-approval?
Many files can be reviewed within about one business day once
the required documents are received.
Are VA loans $0 down?
Eligible borrowers with sufficient entitlement may qualify for
100% financing. Closing costs and a VA funding fee may still
apply unless the borrower is exempt.
What Your Gift Makes Possible
Final Orders raises funds to build ramps, safer entries, zero-threshold showers, grab bars, and other accessibility upgrades for local veterans. We coordinate with veteran-owned construction partners and schedule work at or after closing as funds allow.
